Summer Playscheme

has now ended. Many thanks to all the parents who made the effort to bring their children. We think, in sha Allah, you agree it was worth it!

This playscheme was different to our usual schemes as we had so many new faces and, also, new staff. The staff were tremendous in their enthusiasm and abilities and we thank them enormously , hoping they will continue with our next playschemes. The children experienced more physical and outdoor activities this time due to the expertise of Abu Mohammed and Abu Ayman, masha Allah.

As the last week led up to the start of Ramadhan, most of the activities were around preparing ourselves for it, with reminders and refreshers as well as something new to learn. The final day was spent at IPCI exhibition in Small Heath which was really first class with excellent presentations by the volunteers and beautiful exhibits. Some of the children who were disappointed that we were going there and not a theme park, admitted afterwards that  they did not realise Islam was so interesting. Subhan Allah.
